- A strong intrinsic interest in AI, data, and digital technologies.
- A good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technology into concrete actions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, automation solutions, or data management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured approach to work.
- The ability to inspire enthusiasm to embed ideas sustainably within the organization.
- A college degree is welcome but not required—knowledge of digital processes and tools, as well as practical experience (ideally 2–3 years), are more important.
